Alto Adige Pinot Grigio 2019

Pinot Grigio from San Michele Appiano comes from vineyards between 400 and 500 m above sea level on mainly calcareous soils. It is part of the "classic" line, which offers wines that are faithful to the typical expression of the grape variety with a focus on drinkability, precision and a good quality/price ratio.

Harvesting is by hand in mid-September. The grapes ferment in temperature-controlled steel vats and part of the wine also undergoes malolactic fermentation.
