Trentodoc Brut Blanc de Noir 2019
Altemasi Blanc de Noir 2019 was 'born' between the steep slopes of the Cembra Valley and the hills of Trento, where we find soil, in the first case, gravelly and, in the second, with the presence of alluvial conoids. The blend is 100 % Pinot Noir.
The grapes are harvested by hand and using small crates. The white vinification takes place in steel at a controlled temperature and matures on the lees for over 36 months.
This sparkling wine is fresh, elegant and of high quality; on the nose it is fruity and fragrant while on the palate it is balanced, with an excellent structure and a surprisingly persistent finish of citrus fruits and blackcurrants. The mousse is persistent with fine and numerous bubbles.

Colour: straw yellow with golden hues.
perfume: intense, complex, peach, redcurrant, brioche, almond, white chocolate, candied citrus fruit.
Taste: fresh, velvety, balanced, with excellent persistence.
Suggestions
Serve it in a flûte, at a temperature of 8/10 °C, immediately after opening. It lends itself very well to pairings with fish dishes and also as an aperitif, we recommend enjoying it with sea bream dressed with lime, juniper and green pepper.
Recommended with: sushi and raw fish, vegetarian dishes, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish.
