Alnus Etna Rosato 2021

'Alnus' is an identifying and clear product to make people understand the Etna area and its great potential. In this wine we find saline boost, clear and explosive fruit and great drinkability.

Once again Etna owes a lot to whoever is behind this wine, Salvo Foti, winemaker and great connoisseur of this volcanic piece of Sicilian land.

The grapes are selected from relatively young vineyards that are not yet able to express this type of quality at its best, with lashing acidity that goes well with the modern concept of 'pink wine'.

The vineyards are located on the northern slope at an altitude of 700 meters where the training system is the classic sapling.

The must is extracted with soft pressing trying to use the clearest and most aromatic part, then refining for 5 months in cement.
