Aglianico Roccaleoni 2019 Box da 6 bottiglie

Villa Matilde's Roccaleoni is an Aglianico produced in the Torrecuso and Foglianise area. The vineyards are located at an altitude of 400 m above sea level and the grapes are harvested towards the end of October.

After destemming, crushing and cold maceration of the marc, the grapes ferment at 26° c for about 20 days. This is followed by racking and completion of malolactic fermentation. Ageing takes place in stainless steel, with a passage in traditional casks and then in the bottle for about 3 months.

This full-bodied wine goes well with red meats and tasty first courses with meat sauces.
