The sparkling wine Blanc de Blancs is made from a blend of 8% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Blanc. Vinification is carried out in steel, after careful selection of the grapes. According to the Metodo Classico, the second fermentation is done in bottles, where the wine remains for at least 24 months on the yeasts.
Pale straw yellow in colour, it has a fine perlage and a creamy froth.
On the nose are notes of green apple, peach and pastry.
On the palate it is dynamic and balanced, elegant and persistent.
