Vaudoisey-Creusefond

Domaine Vaudoisey-Creusefond is a small family business located in the village of Pommard in the Côte de Beaune, in Burgundy. It has 9 hectares of vineyards mainly planted with Pinot Noir in the villages of Auxey-Duresses, Meursault, Volnay and Pommard. It produces various labels classified from the level of the regional Appellation up to the Premier Cru, appreciated by French reviewers.
The works in the vineyards are managed manually and treatments with pesticides and herbicides are avoided. On the contrary, the vineyards are all grassed and integrated pest management is practiced in the name of environmental sustainability. In the cellar they also use to ferment non-destemmed grapes, which in some vintages can contribute to a better quality of Pinot Noir wines. Fermentations take place with indigenous yeasts.
In all, Vaudoisey-Creusefond produces 40,000 bottles a year.
