Vino Bianco Dispetto 2022 Barbanera
The unusual blend with which this white wine is made makes it extremely original, as well as tasty. The white wine Dispetto of the Barbanera winery is produced in Tuscany, using three French vine varieties together with Trebbiano, a local grape, such as Chardonnay, Viognier and Sauvignon blanc. As a grape variety Trebbiano Toscano is neutral from an aromatic point of view, but rich in acidity. The other varieties of French origin, on the other hand, have recognizable aromas: Chardonnay and Viognier are fruity, Sauvignon blanc more herbaceous. The result is a fresh and easy-to-drink wine but rich in perfumes and flavors.
The grapes are harvested and vinified separately by variety. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature without contact with the skins. The wine rests in steel until bottling.
