Verduzzo Passito Soandre 2019

Verduzzo Passito Soandre takes its name from the legend of the princess Soandre, who was transformed into a clear stream out of love. 

It is a 100% Verduzzo whose grapes are harvested at two different times. The first part of the grapes, harvested before ripening, is destined for drying by natural ventilation. The other part of the grapes, is left on the vine, to undergo an over-ripening process. This second part will then be vinified at harvest time. 

Both musts are fermented in 225 l barrels, where they mature for 10 months.
