Vecciano Rosato 2022

Vecciano Rosato is produced in Tuscany with a mix of local and international grape varieties with a short maceration, in fact it has a particularly pale and elegant color, but the taste is intense and round with a fruity flavor. The consumption of rosé wine is growing in recent years and Vecciano Rosato is a wine with a contemporary taste, made to satisfy the majority of consumers: from occasional drinkers to great enthusiasts. It is suitable to accompany cold dishes based on salami or salads, but also fish dishes. It is very versatile on consumption occasions.

After the harvest, the grapes are de-stemmed and crushed and left only a few hours in contact with the skins. After that, only the liquid must completes the alcoholic fermentation in steel vat at a controlled temperature. It rests in steel until bottling.
