Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Brut Prior 2019
Bortolomiol was the first to produce a Prosecco in the Brut version when the custom was the Extra Dry version, giving life to a trend that is now popular with everyone. The choice of the name "Prior" is due to this.
Prior belongs to the traditional vintage line, i.e. those Prosecco that come from the best vineyards on the hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene.
The identification of these vineyards was possible thanks to the ten-year experience of the winery and the men who grew grapes on these hills. Bortolomiol has decided to make a range of vintage Prosecco lined up from the driest to the least dry.
Prior (green label) has 8 g/l residual sugar, being a dry Prosecco.
