Testarossa 2016 Oltrepò Pavese DOCG Brut

This wine is produced using the white wine-making technique with soft pressing. After fermentation with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature, the wine undergoes the traditional method of re-fermentation in the bottle in the La Versa vault, resulting in a high quality cuvèe.
Maturation takes place on the lees for at least 36 months, followed by a further 2 months of élevage in the bottle before release.
