The name of this elegant Chianti is in memory of one of the ancestors of the Rinuccini family who built the villa in the 18th century, but it is also the name of one of the property's vineyards.
We are located at 370 m above sea level in one of the most qualitative areas of the company for microclimate and exposure.
After the harvest, the grapes are vinified in the traditional way at a controlled temperature. Alcoholic fermentation in steel for 7 days with subsequent maceration on the skins. Malolactic fermentation takes place in steel vats.
Subsequently the wine rests and evolves in Slavonian oak barrels of 25 hectoliters.
Spice and freshness are the characterizing qualities of this great wine which well expresses the great finesse of the Florentine hills.
