St Remy Brandy VSOP
The best known product of the distillery founded in 1886 in the small village of Machecoul, near Nantes, the best example of the Maison's unique style.
St Remy Brandy VSOP comes from the selection of grapes from the best local vineyards; thanks to continuous distillation in a copper column and long ageing, it acquires the colour, aromas and flavours that make it unique.
Features
Colour: amber yellow with golden reflections.
perfume: the floral and fruity one (cherry, gooseberry and strawberry) passes gently towards the tones of wood and vanilla.
Taste: soft and round, aromatic and intense that changes from blueberry to oak notes.
Suggestions
A brandy suitable for many occasions: as an aperitif when served on the rocks or more rarely with tonic water or gazpacho; neat to bring an important meal to a fitting close; in any way to accompany conversation and reflection.
