Spumante Brut Filanda Rosé 2019

Bortolomiol has a long tradition of rosé sparkling wine with the tank method. The new generation, all female, decided to create a vintage version of a rosé sparkling wine with Pinot Noir grapes from a suitable area such as Oltrepò Pavese. The name “Filanda” (meaning spinning mill) recalls the workers of the spinning mills and aims to be a tribute to the female world.

In recent years the wine has been awarded in various competitions: Le Mondial du Rosé; International Wine Awards; Sakura Wine Awards; Concours Mondial de Brussels.

The Pinot Noir grapes ferment with a short maceration to extract the pink hue. The sparkling wine is made with the tank Method.
