Sauvignon Langhe from Marchesi di Gresy is a pure Sauvignon blanc, whose grapes come from vines located in the Barbaresco area. 

After harvesting, the grapes are destemmed and pressed. The must is then clarified using the flotation method, followed by tapping of the clear must. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and the wine then matures on the lees for 4 months before being bottled. Finally, another short bottle ageing is carried out before the product is marketed.
