Sangiovese 2020

A tribute to Tuscany, Sangiovese red wine from Duca di Saragnano, obtained from the vine of the same name in purity, is the most authentic expression of the taste of Tuscan wine, with its refreshing tension and its vibrant tannins. It is a wine produced according to the most modern oenological practices, clean and gentle, made extremely pleasant by a vanilla background. Like all Sangiovese wines, it lends itself to being paired with food, but given its medium body and freshness, it goes well with simple dishes, such as everyday cooking or a platter of cold cuts and fresh cheeses.

The grapes are de-stemmed and fermented in contact with the skins in thermo-regulated steel vats. After racking, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation.
