Amidst the devastation of a fire at St. Lucia Distillers in 2007, a forgotten treasure emerged: Chairman's Reserve - The Forgotten Casks.

This extraordinary rum was born from the ashes of the past, when lost casks were found during the distillery's reconstruction following the fire. Too aged for the original Chairman's Reserve blend, this rum was released on its own, winning worldwide acclaim.

A blend of Coffey and Pot stills, further aged for three years in ex-bourbon barrels, gives this distillate a unique elegance. The result? An explosion of flavours ranging from sweet notes of sultanas and amber honey to nuances of cigar tobacco and vanilla.
