The Rum Zacapa Royal is a valuable rum, the most important made by the Zacapa house in a limited edition. It is produced from sugar cane juice and aging takes place using the Solera method. It is therefore a blend of several distillates with very long aging, up to 30 years, in French oak barrels and small barrels of an oak from the forest called “Le Bois du Roy”.
