Conte Brandolini d'Adda's Ribolla Gialla is produced according to Friulian winemaking traditions to ensure the achievement of high quality.
The grapes, 100% Ribolla gialla, are carefully selected and, once arrived at the winery, are crushed and undergo soft pressing.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in cement tanks and lasts about 10 days, followed by a period of aging with weekly batonnage, again in cement tanks.

Suggestions
This wine is ready to be tasted now, best served in glasses of medium opening. Given its freshness, it is excellent as an aperitif or together with a mixed fry.
