Rhum Blanc Agricole 70cl
Clément's Rhum Blanc Agricole is the result of an artisanal process that begins with the harvesting of sugar cane from February to June. Their juice, called 'vesou', ferments for 24-36 hours in the open air before being distilled according to Martinique AOC rules, which limit the maximum alcohol content to 75° to preserve the aromas.
This Rhum is certified Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée, guaranteeing its quality and authenticity. Since 1887, Maison Clément has been producing Rhum Vieux Agricole in strict compliance with A.O.C. rules.
After fermentation and distillation, the Rhum rests in small American casks to acquire complexity and finesse.
