Prosecco Superiore Extra Brut Asolo “Fanò”

Fanò is a Prosecco Superiore Extra Brut made from 100% Glera grapes sparkling with the Martinotti Method. 

The harvested grapes are softly pressed with static decantation of the must.

The first fermentation takes place in steel tanks and the second fermentation follows the Charmat Method.

This is a refined and delicate Prosecco, but also fresh and quite savoury. 

On the nose, the aromas are of fresh fruit, apples, citrus fruits and white flowers.
