Prosecco Extra Dry Spumante White
This Prosecco DOC is made from Glera grapes from the Conegliano area in the province of Treviso.
The grapes are harvested when the right acidity is reached and promptly transported to the winery to avoid unwanted fermentation.
The first fermentation takes place in steel tanks with selected yeasts.
The second fermentation follows the Martinotti method and takes place in autoclaves at a constant temperature of 14° to maintain freshness and fruity and floral aromas.
Features
Colour: straw yellow.
perfume: fruity apple and pear and floral aromas.
Taste: fresh and rounded, with a pleasant sapidity.
Suggestions
Serve it chilled with a board of cold cuts and cheese.
Recommended with: charcuterie, hams and cold meat, vegetarian dishes, fresh cheese.
