For the production of this rosé, Pinot Noir and Sangiovese grapes are used, which are fermented with a short maceration of a few hours on the skins, from which they acquire the desired tone of colour.
The must ferments in temperature-controlled concrete tanks to preserve the aromas. Ageing takes place in concrete vats until bottling.
The Pinot Noir gives this wine hints of berries, while the Sangiovese contributes its aromas and freshness.
