Pinot Nero 2022

Pinot Noir from the Casteggio winery, a red wine with an intense, transparent ruby colour, a product with a soft, full flavour and good persistence in the mouth. Thanks to the processes of fermentation and maceration on the skins, a bouquet of red fruit aromas, slightly spicy nuances and balsamic sensations emerge that are captivating. The grapes are destemmed and left to rest in steel vats for 48 hours, and then post-fermented in steel for at least 10 months. This wine is the perfect match for cured meats, medium-aged cheeses and game, but is equally delicious with white meats and meat sauces.
