Pinot Grigio 2022 DOC Torre dei Vescovi

Pinot grigio is increasingly in demand by wine lovers from all over the world, because it has an intense and soft taste. It is loved above all for its ease of approach and its immediacy. The Pinot Grigio Torre Dei Vescovi comes from grapes harvested in the hills in the province of Vicenza that have deep clayey soils with the presence of limestone. The cool and breezy microclimate allows to harvest healthy grapes rich in flavor compounds. The wine is well rounded, has body and enjoys particular balance on the palate.

To produce the Vicenza DOC Pinot Grigio Torre Dei Vescovi, the best grapes are selected, pressed and the must ferments in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The wine ages 6 months in steel before being bottled.
