Moro del Moro wine from the Rinaldini winery represents a bold departure from tradition and a passionate homage to Amarone, a wine that has always been highly prized by the Rinaldini family. 

The best clusters of Lambrusco grapes are carefully selected and carefully placed in trellises for a long period of drying in fruit lofts. This is followed by a rigorous and prolonged fermentation during the winter months. Next, the wine is transferred with to the dark underground cellars, where it ages in barriques for an extended period. Finally, it is bottled and matures in the bottle for a few more months so as to balance all its power.
