Merlot Stomo 2019 Box da 6 bottiglie

Conte Brandolini d'Adda's 2019 Merlot Stomo is a pure Merlot, whose grapes are grown according to an organic production philosophy.

Alcoholic fermentation takes place in concrete tanks at a temperature between 26 and 28 degrees for a period of 8 days, followed by a post-fermentation maceration that lasts between 5 and 8 days at an average temperature of 22 °C. After this, racking takes place and malolactic fermentation follows, again in concrete tanks, in a controlled natural process. 

The aging process involves 50% of the wine remaining in cement tanks, while the other 50% rests for 7 months in third-passage French oak barriques. After this stage, blending takes place and the wine returns to concrete tanks until bottling.
