Mars Tsunuki Edition 2022 70cl
This whisky has been produced in Tsunuki, the hometown of Hombo Shuzo, since 2016 in a small mountainous area by the historic Mars company.
The spring water from Mount Kurata and the warm regional climate play a key role in the flavour of this whisky.
The production takes place in a single distillery, using 100 % barley malt, with discontinuous distillation in copper stills, ageing takes place in ex-bourbon oak casks.
The end result is a whisky with a youthful character and a complex aroma with fruity and spicy hints.

Colour: bright amber yellow.
perfume: complex, fruity, lemon, fragrant, toast, black tea, smoke, cocoa.
Taste: complex, intense, warm, with sweet lingering bourbon oak finish.
Suggestions
We recommend serving it, at about 20 °C, accompanied by a glass of water, which in this case allows the whisky to release all its vast bouquet. Excellent for a meditative after-dinner drink.
