Langhe Chardonnay Rossj-Bass 2022
Gaja gladly uses dialect nicknames on its labels, to underline the close link that wine has with the personal and specific experience of a person and a place. Rossj-Bass is not a varietal wine, but a local wine, made with the personal style of the Gaja house.
The Chardonnay comes from vineyards in various municipalities of the Langhe, ferments in steel and the wine ages for a few months in barrique.
Features
Colour: intense and bright straw yellow.
perfume: yellow flowers, tropical fruit, honey.
Taste: perfectly balanced between softness and acidity. Almost balsamic finish.
Suggestions
Serve it chilled in combination with fish dishes or white meat terrines.
Recommended with: mushrooms, truffles, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish, fresh cheese.
