Koya Brandy XO 10 YO 70cl
Koya Brandy XO 10 YO is the result of more than a century of craftsmanship in the heart of China. Founded in 1892 in Yantai, Shandong, Koya is the oldest brandy producer in the country.
This fine brandy is made from Ugni Blanc grapes grown in a calcium-rich terroir. After a controlled double fermentation, it is carefully distilled in Charentais Pot Stills stills.
It then ages for 10 years in French Limousin oak barrels, developing a dark amber color and a complex flavor profile.
Features
Colour: dark amber.
perfume: dried yellow plums, rose petals, caramelized figs, dark chocolate, roasted almonds, caramel and spices such as cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
Taste: round, smooth, deep, spicy and persistent.
