Ginarte by Uman 70cl

Ginarte is a dry gin, the result of several distillations.

Juniper berries, harvested only in the Apennine areas of Tuscany, are infused in pure wheat alcohol (65%) and then distilled in a discontinuous vacuum still to preserve the aromas. 

Nepitella, Safflower, Rededa odorata, Robbia and Guado di Montefeltro are infused separately in pure alcohol (55%) and then distilled in a non-vacuum discontinuous still. 

Angelica, Lavender, Hibiscus, Elderflower, Pine Buds, Mountain Pine and Pine Needles are infused together in pure alcohol (55%) and then distilled in a non-vacuum discontinuous still. 

Afterwards, these three distillates are blended and left to rest for a few days. At the end of this period, pure water of glacial origin is added until an alcohol content of 44% is reached.

This is followed by filtration at -7° on cellulose panels to remove any oily parts.
