Gigino 2019 Barbanera

It is dedicated to Luigi Barbanera, nicknamed Gigino, who passed on to his children the passion for the production of fine wines. Gigino is a modern Tuscan red wine, produced with a blend of black berried grapes, not only of local origin. It aims to be a supple and intense wine, which reminds you of the taste of Tuscan wines, but which can also please consumers from all over the world.

Alcoholic fermentation takes place in steel vat with temperature control and prolonged maceration on the skins to extract color, aromas and structure. After racking, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged in wooden barrels.
