Gattinara 2015
The Gattinara DOCG of the social winery is a Nebbiolo with great minerality and acidity, the vineyards are located at 400 meters where the soil is made up of rock and a lot of mineral salts, the grapes are harvested towards the beginning of October, after vinification the wine it is aged in large wooden barrels to soften the biting tannins of the Nebbiolo and acquire fullness of flavour.

perfume: Raspberries and cherries, violets, licorice and coffee
Taste: Full and light fruit, leans on a slender but well-built body, fresh finish on spicy tones
Suggestions
Serve in large goblets for great red wines, in great shape to drink now but can also remain in the cellar, excellent with classic Sunday roasts.
