Fiano di Avellino 2020
Vinosia’s Fiano di Avellino comes from the high hills of Irpinia where the Fiano grape reaches its maximum expression. Fiano variety was disappearing and instead its vinification in purity in Irpinia has shown that it is a great Italian white grape. Today Fiano di Avellino is an important DOCG white wine, appreciated for its complexity and also for its predisposition to aging.
The grapes are pressed and the free-run must ferments in steel vats at a controlled temperature. The wine remains in steel until bottling.

perfume: herbs and wild flowers, peach, hazelnut
Taste: medium-full body, round, balanced
Suggestions
To be appreciated in medium-sized glasses. It goes well with seafood appetizers and cured meats. We suggest it with peppered mussels
Recommended with: charcuterie, hams and cold meat, sushi and raw fish, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish, fresh cheese.
