Chianti Classico Gran Selezione Paronza 2018
The name of this Grand Selection comes directly from the hills where the vineyards from which the best Sangiovese grapes are selected are located.
Once the best possible selection has been made, alcoholic fermentation begins for 15 days on the skins in temperature-controlled cement containers which are then followed by 5 days of post-fermentation maceration.
The wine then ages both in barriques and in large 50 hl oak barrels, then concluding with 1 year in the bottle.
The great care that is put into this bottle can then be found in the glass, a Sangiovese of great beauty and elegance.
