Chardonnay Friuli DOC 2022 Box da 6 bottiglie
Chardonnay Friuli DOC, produced by Conte Brandolini d'Adda is a pure Chardonnay. The grapes are harvested in the last decade of August, crushed and destemmed. Thirty percent of the grapes undergo a 72-hour pre-fermentation cryomaceration, after which alcoholic fermentation in reduction is started for 8-10 days. Aging takes place in concrete tanks.
Features
Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections.
perfume: peach, apple, acacia, hawthorn, fresh fruit and herbs, with a slight mineral hint.
Taste: fresh and savory with an herbal finish.
Suggestions
Best paired with main courses of fish or egg dishes. Try it with baked sea bream.
Recommended with: vegetarian dishes, shellifish, crab and lobster, fish, fresh cheese.
