Despite the low yields, 2012 is an excellent champagne vintage. The Dom Perignon Luminous Brut comes from an exclusive blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. It undergoes a refinement period of no less than seventy-two months. Its name refers to the brightness of its color and the fluorescent characters on the label. It boldly offers an aromatic range that ranges from notes of tropical fruit to marine scents; in the mouth it ranges from silky softness to a long sapidity.
