Champagne Brut Blason Rosé (con astuccio)
Blason Rosé is truly an outstanding pink Champagne! Its quality and depth are impressing. It is meant to be a food-friendly wine and for this reason it has surprising structure and taste richness. It is mainly made with red grapes, especially Pinot Noir from the Montagne de Reims. Most of the Pinot Noir is white wine - fermented without skins - and a a small percentage is red wine - fermented with the skins - and gives the Champagne pink color; it also adds flavor and body. Pinot meunier is instead made as white wine and contributes to the fruity richness. The Chardonnay, which is only a quarter of the total, gives that touch of elegance that makes Perrier-Jouét's Blason Rosé so captivating. It is not a vintage Champagne as Vins de réserve are also used, i.e. wines from previous vintages stored in the cellar. After blending, the wine ages on the lees for at least 3 years and is finally dosed with 8-10 g,l of sugar.
