Chamapgne Brut Réserve Impérial

The Réserve Impérial is a robust Champagne, elaborated in perfect Moët & Chandon style, based on the backbone of Pinot Noir. It represents the style of the maison and is designed for food, in fact it stands out for its sustained body. The use of all three grape varieties of Champane guarantees the balance between power and elegance; finally, the addition of wines from previous vintages (vin de réserve) gives complexity to the taste. It can be defined as a classic Champagne!

It is produced with the blend of base wines from 200 distinct vineyards. The alcoholic fermentations take place in steel vats at a controlled temperature and the malolactic fermentation is not carried out. 20-30% vin de réserve is added to the cuvée. At the end of the aging on the lees in the bottle (about 20 months) it is dosed with 9 g / l of sugar.
