Carafa Prosecco DOC

Made using Glera grapes, as per Prosecco DOC regulations, grown at approximately 150 m above sea level in the Veneto region.

The grapes are harvested manually and then re-fermented in autoclaves, following the Charmat method, and finally rested in the bottle for a few weeks.

A bottle with a simple and fruity taste, with a fine and delicate perlage, perfect to drink as an aperitif.

perfume: fruity, yellow peach, young white-fleshed fruit, white flowers

Taste: fragrant, delicate, drinkable

Suggestions

Serve in a flûte at a temperature of about 6°C. We recommend drinking it as an aperitif accompanied by some savoury snacks.

Recommended with: sushi and raw fish, vegetarian dishes, pizza, shellifish, crab and lobster.
