La Serra Moscato d'Asti 2023 Box da 6 bottiglie

The Moscato grapes, used in the production of this Moscato d'Asti, are grown on the la Serra estate, at an altitude ranging from 220m to 380m above sea level, in very fertile soil mixed with clay and limestone. 

The whole grapes, after being harvested, undergo pneumo-pressing, which is followed by clarification of the must and temperature reduction in conditioned tanks. The temperature is kept very low, until the must in passes into autoclaves for prise de mousse and subsequent bottling.
