This grappa is made with the legendary grapes of Moscato, grown over the Island of Pantelleria and employed to make the popular Ben Ryé, the famous and prized sweet wine by Donnafugata, made with grapes that have been dried at the hot Sicilian sun.
The pomace, after wine fermentation, are distilled in a traditional copper still, to create this complex and flavorful spirit. Before being bottled, the Grappa Ben Ryé is aged for a long time in small wooden barrels.

perfume: candied citrus fruit, acacia honey, tropical fruit, canned peach and vanilla.
Taste: warm and appealing, deliciously aromatic and very long.

To be served at the end of a meal; it can also match nuts or seasoned cheese.
