The demi-Sec Nectar is made from 100% Chardonnay grapes lightly dried on the vine from thirty different vineyards in the Franciacorta DOCG area.

A part of the must ferments in white oak barrels that increase the structure and aromas.

The wine matures in the bottle for at least 4 years before release.

The nose has notes of white peach, cellar fruit, floral hints as well as hints of honey and sweet spices.

Colour: straw yellow.

perfume: aromas of white fruit, honey, pastry with a slight sweet spice.

Taste: the perlage is delicate and elegant, fresh and extremely persistent.

To be enjoyed in all its fullness and complexity both as an aperitif and after dinner.

Recommended with: charcuterie, hams and cold meat, dry pastries, cakes.
