Franciacorta Extra Brut Pas Operé 2018

Bellavista's Franciacorta Pas Operé aims to express the essence of Franciacorta by reducing the dosage to a minimum. It is proposed as a refined and elegant Franciacorta, a synthesis of purity, energy and freshness. It also wants to be a Franciacorta with a certain longevity. To do this, Bellavista selects grapes from the most historic vineyards in the high hills. The plants are over 30 years old. The base wines are 40 selections from the same vintage.

Half of the base wines are fermented and aged in barrique, half only in steel. After the second fermentation, the sparkling wine ages on the lees for over 4 years.
