Astoria Luxury Gold Vino Spumante Bianco
Born on the hills between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, from grapes harvested manually in September then subjected to soft pressing with a short cold maceration of the skins and static decantation of the must. The first fermentation takes place in steel at 18/19°C with selected yeasts. The subsequent stages of sparkling make it ready for sale and consumption within a few weeks.
