After harvesting, the Glera grapes are promptly subjected to soft pressing and static decantation of the must. The first fermentation takes place in steel containers at a low temperature. The second fermentation, or prise de mousse, takes place according to the Charmat or Martinotti method.
Arzanà is a lively prosecco with a wealth of aromas reminiscent of summer fruits, citrus fruits and white flowers.
