Aged Prosecco Grappa Maestri (gift box with 2 glasses)

The gift box consists of an elegant package containing a fine bottle of Grappa Maestri by Bottega and two glasses. It is a barrel-aged grappa, with a spicy and soft taste, suitable as a digestive or “ammazzacaffè” (to be sipped just after a coffee). It is produced starting from the fresh pomace of Glera grapes, used for the production of Prosecco. The distillation is triple in traditional copper stills that operate under vacuum heated in a bain-marie. This procedure allows the distiller to extract the best aromatic compounds present in the pomace without burning them. Finally, the grappa is aged for a year in appropriately toasted oak barrels. The name Maestri is dedicated to the Masters of Art and Culture, to emphasize the value of this product, ideal for lovers of the Italian spirit.
