M'Oro Emilia Bianco IGT Box da 6 bottiglie
M'Oro Emilia Bianco is a sparkling white wine made solely from Grechetto Gentile grapes. After night harvesting, the grapes undergo soft pressing and the must is filtered. Fermentation takes place according to the Martinotti method, in temperature-controlled autoclaves.
The wine does not undergo pasteurisation and is bottled in an isobaric environment, by means of pushed microfiltration.

Taste: mineral, savoury, lively and fresh.
Suggestions
A wine for aperitifs and throughout the meal. It is also excellent to use as a base for mixology.
