The Poli family has been producing grappa since 1898 in the province of Vicenza. Four generations have succeeded one other, perpetuating the love for grappa with sacrifices and investments.
Today the Poli distillery can count on no less than 5 discontinuous cycle stills. The production takes place in an artisanal way with steam boilers and others in a bain-marie.
The pomace comes mostly from the suitable areas of Veneto such as Breganze, Valpolicella and Bassano del Grappa. They also specialized in the aging of Grappa in wood and today Poli produces a wide range of Grappa labels, liqueurs and other spirits.
