Sarpa di Poli is a young artisanal Grappa with a traditional taste, created by Jacopo Poli in 1983. It is produced starting from the pomace of Merlot, Cabernet franc and Cabernet sauvignon, varieties that have a typical herbaceous aroma. It is distilled in small batches in a bain-marie copper alembic.
